The customer owns all equipment, and the bulk of the hardware is located on the customer premises. Voice traffic runs over the same internal LAN as office data traffic and connects different offices via the Internet. Interconnectivity and feature transparency across multiple sites enable users to communicate with each other easily no matter where they’re located. Managed service, in turn, enables customers with little in-house IT expertise to have some control over their communication environment using web-based, user-friendly tools, while leaving the technical details to us.
